Cobalt
Manifesto

Why Cobalt exists.

Six things we believe about flying a simulator. Short, because the flight is long.

Chapter 01

The sim should not need you in the chair.

A long haul is the whole point. It is also six hours in one seat, watching a number count down. The flight can keep going without you. Cobalt makes sure you know the moment it needs you back.

Chapter 02

The phone is the second screen you already own.

Nobody needs another monitor. The phone already knows how to show a map, buzz at the right moment, and live on a Lock Screen. It only needed to know about the aircraft.

Chapter 03
Free

Free to fly.

The map, the Lock Screen, the briefing, and the logbook cost nothing. Not for a trial. Not for the first ten flights. Peak is for pilots who want control and history, and it says exactly what it adds.

Chapter 04

Nothing hidden, nothing nagging.

No ads. No fake urgency. No feature that disappears when a timer runs out. One clear line between Free and Peak, and you can read every item on it.

Free includes Your flight on the map with the whole network. Lock Screen Live Activities, widgets, and Apple Watch. Airport boards and weather. ATC alerts. A logbook with graded landings.
Peak adds Remote control of autopilot, lights, engines, and cameras. Relay over cellular. Two-way ATC messaging. Reports, playback, and unlimited history. The Bridge on three PCs.
Never Ads. Countdown timers. A feature that vanishes mid-flight. Selling your personal information.
Chapter 05

Built for the network.

VATSIM and IVAO are where the sim comes alive. Cobalt puts the traffic and the controllers on your map, tells you when Center comes online, and lets you answer through your own pilot client. Network hours on the passport are verified against your CID.
