Questions
Does the Live Activity keep updating with the app closed?
Yes. It updates in the background while the Bridge is connected or a network flight is adopted as yours, and it resumes if you relaunch the app.
Which iPhones support it?
Live Activities need iOS 16.1 or later. The Dynamic Island appears on iPhone 14 Pro and newer.
Can I start one for a scheduled flight?
Yes. Add a flight or import a SimBrief plan, then tap Start Live Activity on the briefing card.
Does it work without the Bridge?
Adopt any network flight as yours and it gets the same Live Activity, alerts, and logbook entry. For your own sim telemetry, install the free Bridge.
